Third party authority
To enable a third party to obtain information and/or make payments on your behalf to your mortgage account with us, please complete and sign the Third Party Authority form Please note that if you wish the nominated third party to act for you and other borrowers named on the account they will be required to sign the form also.
In addition please ask your nominated third party to complete their details and provide a signature in the relevant sections of the form.
Where the nominated third party is an individual their signature confirms they have received a copy of our Privacy Notice which can be accessed here. Please ensure they receive a copy of this, or notify them where this can be accessed.

Moving home with an existing Mortgage
Our mortgages are 'portable' which means you may be able to take your existing mortgage with you to your next home.
The flexibility to 'port' your mortgage means that you can keep your existing mortgage and move home (subject to eligibility). Although you cannot take any additional borrowing as part of the porting process.

Transfer of equity
If you are changing the legal ownership of your property (adding someone to or removing someone from the mortgage), you need to complete a transfer of equity. This process can be complex. We will need to make sure everyone who is to be named on the mortgage will be eligible and can afford the mortgage payments. You will also usually need to involve a solicitor.
