Our phone lines may be busier than usual, following the sale of your mortgage to Rosolite Mortgages. You might want to use our new, free and secure Self-Serve facility which allows you to view your mortgage account online and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please note we cannot process payment holidays on the Self-Serve system, please visit our information page for more details.

Our free and secure Self-Serve facility allows you to view your mortgage account online and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Use Self-Serve to:

  • Make monthly card payments quickly and securely
  • Check your current balance and monthly payment details
  • Change your contact details
  • Set up overpayment options
  • Request account information from us, such as a redemption statement
  • Contact us securely with a query

To use the Self-Serve facility you will need to follow a simple process to create a secure login. Once you have your login, you can access your account at any time.

Please note - payments made after 9pm won’t be applied to your account until the following day.
